Evolve’s core workshop, Discovery, is perhaps what you’ve been searching for. Over the course of three evenings and a weekend you, together with a group of people just like you, will take a “break.” A checkpoint. A time out. An opportunity to get off the hamster wheel and see how you’re doing. In lots of ways you’re certainly doing okay. Imagine, for a moment, that it’s possible to not just be “okay” but, rather, be extraordinary. What would your experience of yourself be if extraordinary was not only possible but a certainty? What would be possible? Through the Evolve curriculum extraordinary will transform from a nice idea to what is.
Profound progress will not happen by reading a book. It will not happen while you are sleeping. It will not happen over a Zoom meeting or a conference call or even enlisting the support of a mentor. It will only happen through your commitment to yourself in collaboration with a group of other people committed to your success.

WHO & WHAT IS EVOLVE?
Beginning with the Evolve Discovery workshop, Evolve provides a full curriculum of adult educational workshops, seminars and leadership programs. The premise of the work is that all of us, as human beings, are limited by the assumptions we bring into every situation. The workshops dare us to see beyond our current ways of thinking and explore the tremendous possibilities in life. Through such a process, success can be effortless and greatness becomes possible.
Evolve workshops are designed to use an experiential-or participatory-learning model. The roots of the experiential learning model date back to 1947 at the National Training Laboratories in Bethesda, Maryland. There, researchers developed what was called the “process learning model” involving the use of exercises (processes) which enabled participants to learn from the whole experience instead of just the intellectual input.
Evolve operates from the position that the issues that are the greatest sources of satisfaction and accomplishment in adult life-for example, love, relationships, fitness, giving and receiving feedback, making and keeping commitments, and communication-are not fully accessible intellectually; they also need to be experienced. Evolve has, therefore, developed a curriculum based on experiential education.

PERSONAL GROWTH THROUGH EXPERIENCE
In Evolve workshops, people participate in a structured series of exercises, role-plays, conversations and games that are metaphors for life. They come face-to-face with many of their unexamined practices and assumptions about life that invisibly shape their attitudes, beliefs and behaviors.
The premise of Evolve’s workshops is the idea that human beings are not fixed entities with fixed characteristics, but rather we – to a great extent – have the capacity to design ourselves, our behavior and our lives irrespective of certain self-imposed limitations including our past history and
circumstance.
The objective of the Evolve workshops is to give people a new sense of freedom about themselves and their lives such that they accomplish extraordinary results, achieve deeper personal satisfaction, and take responsibility for the difference they make in the world.

The trainings that I had with Evolve changed the direction of my life! It helped me to recognize that I was making decisions based on my Dad, who always played it "safe". I felt that everything in my life was not my own decision as I did everything that my Dad told me to do up until that point. Once I realized that, I decided that I would be true to myself and do what I really wanted in my life. At the time, I was testing the waters with real estate, but was so scared to go without a steady paycheck. I ended up committing to it and I have not looked back since. I am now in my 10th year in the business, which I'm loving as it gives me flexibility with my time, to be with my family, make long lasting connections and be blessed with an income that I would not normally make in a real job. It hasn't been easy, but with the tools that I've learned from the trainings with Evolve, I've been able to take risks, work differently and play a bigger game. I am so thankful for the trainings and how they've changed my life!

I began to understand who I really am and why I make the choices I make. I entered feeling a bit saddened by a careless uncaring world. I realized I can give and support anyone I choose and walk away at any time, as long as I leave the person with a small gift of light, love ,and joy from my own life experience. I learned we must remain steadfast and positive in our daily living and I received tools from the experience and the facilitators to help me do just that. I am so grateful that I attended this meeting; my only regret is not knowing about this group years ago. The success is so incredible it is beyond words to fully express my deepest gratitude. So much of what I said in the interactive activity of “What do you really want Is coming to fruition” I have business opportunities with the police department, airline pilots, National Association of Letter Carriers, my investment broker, Kaiser Permanente and the list goes on. My book signing had over 50 people in attendance and the results were beyond my dreams. They told this amazing story as a group and it mirrored my own vision: writing a book, becoming a New York Best Seller, having a TV series, making a movie with Angelina Jolie and speaking before the United Nations. The business, Perk’s Restaurant gained as well as their business doubled their normal sales. I had asked for a support team. Here is what I have manifested thus far: I have two interns as former students, another colleague has offered to help in my graphic, an author is helping on the business end, and just an email from a photographer who would like to collaborate. There is so much more, but suffice to say. I am continuing to expand my definition of happiness and joy. In my close to 20 years of professional experience, I have never been part of a course quite like this. I was impressed with the fact that this course isn't about gaining knowledge, it's about applying knowledge. Through the exercises, I was impressed about how I was able to experience Who I Am and How I Show Up in the world in a safe nurturing environment that allowed me to experiment and express who I am. Through this, I was able to really see where I excel and where I am holding myself back. I now am at 100% choice and cognizant of where I have been limiting myself and sabotaging myself. This moment is a brand new moment I live at choice and I have the "Response Ability" to create a profound and amazing life for myself and everyone else around me.
